We handle all of the day-to-day requirements of managing a rental property so you do not have to worry.
Property Managament Includes:
- All tenant comunications and correspondance
- Coordination of all maintenance related issues
- Property Maintenance - All calls and tenant issues handled directly
- Facilitating municipal payments such as water, sewer and tax bills
Rent and Security Deposits
We include the following in rental payment processing:
- Collection of monthly rent from tenants and pat property related bills (if requested by the landlord)
- Performing activities related to late rent including assessment of late fees
- Distributing all rent related communications including past due notices and initiation of eviction process if required.
- Received rents are either sent to client or transferred electronically.
- Security Deposits will bel collected from tenants and mailed to the Landlords
Tenant Placement Services
- Advertising of vacant units
- Scheduling and shoeing vacant units to prospective tenants
- Initial screening and proposal of prospective tenants to owner
- Credit checks
- Tenant "move in" process including unit walk-through with new tenants and the provisioning and delivery of keys
- Move-in inspection
- Supply all required leasing documents
- Main Line Investors Group, LLC is PHA approved
Additional Services
- Tenant "move-out" proccess includes, hiring contractors if neccessary, to prepare the unit for new placement.
